1. Overview
At Suwung & Seisi, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final. We only allow exchanges under specific conditions stated below.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both our customers and our brand, customers are required to record a clear, continuous, uncut and unedited video from the moment the parcel packaging is first opened until the item is fully revealed.
The video must clearly show:
The unopened parcel with shipping label visible
The process of opening the parcel
The item received
Any visible defect, damage, or size issue
⚠️ Claims made without a full uncut and unedited unboxing video will not be entertained.
3. Exchange Eligibility
We only allow size exchanges (exchange for size only) under the following circumstances:
Eligible Situations:
The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival; or
The wrong size was sent by our team.
4. Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
A complete uncut/unedited unboxing video is provided.
The item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags attached
In original packaging
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for exchange:
Refund requests (we do not offer refunds).
Exchanges for reasons other than size.
Sale, promotional, or discounted items.
Change of mind.
Minor measurement differences (1–3 cm due to manual measurement).
Color differences due to screen display variations.
Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence.
If the customer selects the wrong size, exchange approval is subject to stock availability and management discretion.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances except in rare cases at the sole discretion of Suwung & Seisi.
7. Exchange Process
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order number and full uncut unboxing video.
Wait for confirmation and exchange instructions.
Ship the item back as instructed.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
8. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the error is on our side (defect or wrong size sent), we will bear the exchange shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to customer size selection error, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
9. International Orders
For international exchanges:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any customs duties or additional charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
